The Jackson Area Transportation Authority (JATA) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the resurfacing and rehabilitation of the administrative building parking lot and driveways located at 2350 E. High Street, Jackson, Michigan.

Scope of Work

The project will include:

• Milling and resurfacing with highway-grade asphalt
• Repainting all parking lines, directional arrows, and pavement words
• Grading for proper water runoff
• Drainage repairs at specified locations
• Concrete rehabilitation near the bus wash bay to address drainage and potential ice buildup (with option for a snowmelt system)
• Additive alternate for removal and replacement of concrete at the fueling station island

The successful contractor will provide site surveys, grading plans, demolition and resurfacing plans, pavement striping/marking plans, drainage specifications, and pricing for the fueling island alternate.
