A Fresh Look at the JATA Transfer Center

Last week, the Jackson Area Transportation Authority (JATA) installed a brand-new sign at the JATA Transfer Center in downtown Jackson.

The updated sign improves visibility for riders and visitors, helping make the Transfer Center even easier to locate. As the hub of our system, the Transfer Center connects thousands of riders each week to destinations across our community.

This investment reflects JATA’s ongoing commitment to enhancing the rider experience and building a more accessible public transit system for Jackson.
