This clinic is open to EVERYONE 12 years of age and older
The Jackson County Health Department will be offering two different vaccines to choose
from so you can decide which one fits you and your needs best:
- Pfizer- a 2 dose series for those 12yrs and older, doses 21 days apart
- Johnson and Johnson- a one dose series for those 18yrs and older
The Jackson County Health Department will be onsite for both doses scheduled appropriately. If you are unable to attend the 2nd dose clinic onsite please call 517-788-4420 or visit www.vaccinefinder.org for assistance locating your 2nd vaccine at a different
location.
