To apply for an ADA half fare ticket from JATA please go to the JATA Downtown Jackson Transfer Center at 127 W. Cortland Street, Jackson, MI. Be sure to bring with you proof that you are disabled. If you have any questions you can contact the JATA Downtown Jackson Transfer Center at (517) 783-6347

JATA sells bus tickets in books of ten which can be purchased at the downtown Transfer Center or the Administrative Offices.
How to Purchase Bus Passes
Please purchase your passes in the following ways:
- Purchase passes at the Transfer Center, located in the central business district at 127 W. Cortland 49201.
- In-person at the Administration Office located at 2350 E. High St. 49203.
- Business Checks are accepted.
- Cash, Credit and Debit cards are accepted at the Transfer Center.
- Credit and Debit cards are NOT accepted at the Administrative Office.
